To believe or not to believe, that is the question. But more to His existence is merely just a plain argument. Because the fact that arguments are raising from right to left regarding the mysteriousness of His existence, keeps Him alive in the history of humanity, a God already existed long before every single living human being in this planet did and that is not for anybody to say, to which one is entitled to. My argument here is not about if I believe in His existence or not, it is about what is God, as a God. Is He the ever supreme, great, powerful and perfect that He is? Where did he come from? What made him create humanity with such diversities only to lead in violence and evil to which He abhorred?
Religious experiences prove one’s pure and perfect faith in Him. He defies all that is great and mystic. He yields all good and provides reality, a deeper sense that what is obvious, leaving us in great awe of His tremendous capabilities. I believe in His greatness and might but a simple idea of cause and effect would leave an implication that He is an all knowing being who would never realize or comprehend evil if He has not experienced it Himself. The concept of evil will remain just a concept if one would not have first-handedly evaluated it himself. And perfection would not tantamount to all goodness if evil exists. Perfection would cover both evil and goodness simply because both exist, and if God is recognized as all good and no evil, then the concept of the word perfect would be defied.
God is both an omnimalevolent and omnibenevolent being. Contrary to what we were learned, in order for Him to create something that possesses good and evil i.e. humanity, God must possess it as well. The argument behind this is that if God did not possess good and evil, then it would be impossible for Him to pass these traits down to us. And if He did not posses any knowledge of good and evil, then He would not be omniscent. And if God is both omnimalevolent and omnibenevolent then He is indifferent to good and evil. He does not prefer good nor choose evil. He demonstrates a good picture of what is true and equal.

COHEED AND CAMBRIA – “Wake Up”
I’m gonna ride this plane out of your life again
I wish that I could stay, but you argue
More than this I wish, you could’ve seen my face
In backseats staring out, the window
I’ll do anything for you
Kill anyone for you
So leave yourself intact
‘Cause I will be coming back
In a phrase to cut these lips
I love you
The morning will come
In the press of every kiss
With your head upon my chest
Where I will annoy you
With every waking breath
Until you decide to wake up
I’ve earned through hope and faith
On the curves around your face
That I’m the one you’ll hold forever
If morning never comes for either one of us
Then this I pray to you wherever
I’ll do anything for you
This story is for you
(‘Cause I’d do anything you want me to for you)
I’ll do anything for you
Kill anyone for you
So leave yourself intact
‘Cause I won’t be coming back
In a phrase to cut these lips
I loved you
The morning will come
In the press of every kiss
With your head upon my chest
Where I will annoy you
With every waking breath
Until you decide to wake up
The morning will come
In the press of every kiss
With your head upon my chest
Where I will annoy you
With every waking breath
‘Til you decide to wake up

“…It was Michel who counseled Linda never to be jealous, that
she must remember there were more women in the world than
men… and that a woman must be generous
with her husband—think how many women would be left with-
out a knowledge of love. He said this seriously. He thought of
jealousy as a sort of miserliness. The only truly generous women
were the prostitutes, actresses, who did not withhold their
bodies. To his mind, the meanest type of woman was the Ameri-
can gold digger who knew how to extract money from men
without giving herself, which Michel thought a sign of bad
character.
He thought that every woman should at one time or an-
other be a whore. He thought that all women, deep down,
wished to be a whore once in their lives and that it was good for
them. It was the best way to retain a sense of being a female…”

Do you have a medical problem or do you lack vitamins and minerals?
By Pat Wingert and Barbara Kantrowitz
Nails that break easily or are discolored could signal a medical problem or be a sign that your body lacks essential vitamins and nutrients. THE HEIROPHANT
Perhaps you’ve struggled to meet your parent’s expectations
for you, educationally or career-wise, because you simply
wanted to do something else? Perhaps your spouse or lover
likes you to behave in a certain way and you don’t like it?
The issues about what is right and wrong for you personally
are of greater importance when The Hierophant appears in
your reading.
For example, you may feel that fidelity and the tradition
of marriage is important to you, and your lover is prepared
to live together but not as man and wife, and this troubles
you.
Perhaps there are many feelings, views, opinions and
principles that you are having trouble expressing and
living by, and suppressing them is causing internal
conflict.
The Hierophant often represents a teacher or wise counsel -
someone you may choose to turn to for help and guidance.
If you are struggling to be true to yourself, it can be
very therapeutic to seek the comfort and understanding of
someone who you feel able to express your REAL thoughts and
feelings to.
Sometimes, we can feel trapped by someone or a situation,
but in reality we have created the situation ourselves by
denying what we really want or who we really are.
They say it can be difficult to see the reality of your
own situation from within it, so when this kindly and
spiritually comforting card appears in your reading, it
could be suggesting you seek out the help and guidance of
someone you trust to give you an alternative perspective.
It could also be highlighting the importance of being true
to yourself and not simply conforming to what others expect
of you.
We don’t always have the answers and we don’t always know
what’s best for us … in such circumstances, when The
Hierophant appears in your readings, consider seeking
advice, guidance or counseling to help you find those
answers.
Love and Joy,
Alison

A German psychologist has warned “professional smilers” such as flight attendants and shop assistants that too much forced smiling can cause stress, depression and even heart problems. It’s unlikely to become a major health issue though — German customer service isn’t renowned for its friendliness.

I know a lot of people who has been struggling with their weight for a long time. I try to tell them ways on how to make it possible based on what had been effective for me when I was struggling myself. Some of them listen and some of them just grin, I really don’t know why they do that but whatever it is that made them think that it is easier to just not eat at all, I say you’re doing it all wrong. I’m no dietitian or expert on these stuff but I don’t think it takes that much math to understand the concept of losing weight when you have actually done it yourself. But for the record though, I know that information must be reliable for further motivation, I don’t blame you since I’ve done some research myself. Here you go.
The 10 Nutrition Rules of Weight Loss
Feature from “Runner’s World” Magazine
By Nancy Clark
Nutritionist Nancy Clark shares ten tips every runner should know if they want to lose some weight.
1. To lose 10 pounds of body fat a year, you need to eat 100 calories less per day. Cutting too many calories from your daily intake will sap your energy level and increase your hunger, making you more susceptible to splurging on high-calorie foods.
2. Don’t skip breakfast. Eat within two hours of waking.
3. In fact, eat more breakfast than you think you should. Trade in some of your dinner calories for more calories at breakfast.
4. Don’t allow yourself to get hungry. Eat at least every four hours, and split a meal in half to make sure you properly fuel up pre- and postrun. For example, eat part of your breakfast before your morning run (a banana) and the rest of your breakfast afterward (a bagel with peanut butter).
5. Eat at least three kinds of food each meal from these four categories: breads, cereals, and grains; fruits and vegetables; low-fat dairy and soy; and lean meats, fish, and nuts. Breads, cereals, and grains should be the foundation of each meal, with protein as an accompaniment.
6. Shoot for a gradual loss of body fat. You’re more likely to put the weight back on (and more) if you drop weight too quickly.
7. Liquid calories add up fast and can lead to weight gain. Minimize the amount of sodas, juices, store-bought smoothies, sports drinks, coffee drinks, and alcohol you consume.
8. Eat closer to the earth, enjoying fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Minimize the amount of processed foods you eat; they tend to offer less fiber and are less satiating.
9. If you can’t resist fast food, ask for nutritional information before you make your choices (or check in advance via restaurant Web sites). Avoid any menu items with the words “fried,” “crispy,” and “special sauce,” which are guaranteed to be high calorie.
10. Remember that the calories in the energy bars, sports drinks, and gels you consume during a run add up, even though you’re running. Consume them only as needed.
